Izinhlelo Zokuphendula Kwabafundi (SRS) ubuchwepheshe obushintshayo bokuhlola abafundi ekilasini oklanyelwe ukudala indawo yokufunda ehehayo nekhangayo ezokhulisa ukufunda okusebenzayo, ikakhulukazi ezifundweni zokubhalisa ezinkulu. Lobu buchwepheshe busetshenziswe emfundweni ephakeme kusukela ngawo-1960. (Judson noSawada) UWard nabanye bahlukanisa ukuvela kobuchwepheshe be-SRS ngezizukulwane ezintathu: izinhlobo zokuqala ezenziwe ekhaya nezentengiselwano ezazixhunywe ngokuqinile emakilasini.

– okulungiselelwe ngaphambilini noma okudalwe ngokuzenzekelayo “ngokushesha” ngumfundisi noma umfundi,
2) bonke abafundi baphendula ngezimpendulo zabo besebenzisa amakhibhodi aphathwa ngesandla angenantambo noma amadivayisi okufaka asekelwe kuwebhu,
3) izimpendulo ziyi
yamukelwe, yahlanganiswa, futhi yaboniswa kokubili kwisikrini sekhompyutha somfundisi kanye nesikrini seprojektha esiphezulu. Ukusatshalaliswa kwezimpendulo zabafundi kungabangela abafundi noma umfundisi ukuba bahlole kabanzi ngengxoxo noma mhlawumbe umbuzo owodwa noma ngaphezulu olandelayo.

ucwaningo, kanye nensizakalo. Umgomo ovame ukukhulunywa ngawo wezinhlelo zokuphendula kwabafundi ukuthuthukisa ukufunda kwabafundi kulezi zindawo ezilandelayo: 1) ukuba khona nokulungiselela okungcono ekilasini, 2) ukuqonda okucacile, 3) ukuhlanganyela okwengeziwe ngesikhathi sekilasi, 4) ukwanda kontanga noma ukubambisana
ukufunda, 5) ukugcina ukufunda okungcono kanye nokubhaliswa, 6) kanye nokwaneliseka okukhulu kwabafundi.7
Umgomo wesibili oyisisekelo wazo zonke izinhlelo zokuphendula kwabafundi ukuthuthukisa ukusebenza kahle kokufundisa okungenani ngezindlela ezimbili. Ngezinhlelo zokuphendula kwabafundi, impendulo esheshayo itholakala kalula kubo bonke abafundi (hhayi nje abambalwa abakhulumayo ekilasini) ngejubane, okuqukethwe, intshisekelo, kanye nokuqonda kwenkulumo noma ingxoxo. Le mpendulo efika ngesikhathi ivumela umfundisi ukuthi ahlulele kangcono ukuthi angakhulisa, acacise, noma abukeze kanjani futhi kanjani.
